By creating an account or submitting content, you agree to these Terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

You must be at least 18 years old to use ctrlc.ai and legally able to agree to these Terms, with a parent or legal guardian's consent where required by law. If you use ctrlc.ai for an organization, you must have authority to agree for it.

ctrlc.ai is a platform to discover, organize, and share AI-generated prompts and refs. While we provide the workspace, we don't generate or verify every submission, and we don't control the third-party AI tools you might use.

We may change features or interrupt the service for operational, security, or legal reasons. Where practicable, we will give advance notice of significant changes or closure.

Keep your login secure and report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for taking reasonable care of your account.

Please don't use automated bots to create accounts, impersonate others, or try to bypass our security measures.

You retain any rights you hold in your submissions. We do not claim ownership, and these Terms do not create copyright in material that is not legally protected.

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service, including through our providers. We respect your visibility settings. This license does not authorize us to publish private refs and lasts only as needed for the service and lawful retention.

Publishing an image dedicates the rights you hold in it under CC0 1.0 Universal, to the extent permitted by law. This dedication cannot be revoked by deleting the image. It does not apply to private images, prompts, or other text. See our License Policy.

Only upload content you have the right to share and have processed. AI generation and CC0 do not remove other people's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

We use automated analysis of public and private images and prompts to organize refs and suggest similar content. Our providers help us deliver these features. Analysis does not change a ref's visibility.

AI results may be inaccurate and do not guarantee copyright clearance or suitability for your project. Review content before use. See our Privacy Policy for how uploads are handled.

Let's keep the community useful and professional. You may not use ctrlc.ai to:

• Upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or violates someone's privacy.
• Pass off non-AI media (like standard photography or digital art) as AI-generated.
• Violate anyone's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property.
• Distribute malware, spam, or attempt to hack the platform.
• Scrape or mass-download our data in a way that burdens our servers.
• Impersonate others or commit fraud.

We may restrict content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, comply with law, or address security risks. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact hello@ctrlc.ai to request review.

Report rights violations to hello@ctrlc.ai with the content URL, your contact details, and information supporting your claim.

We review reports and may remove content or request more information. If you believe a decision was made in error, contact us to request a review.

We may link to other websites or third-party AI generators. We don't control them, and your use of their tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

You can delete your account in settings. Image files from deleted refs and profile images are kept for 30 days for security and operational purposes and then deleted from our storage. See our Privacy Policy for details and deletion requests.

Copies that others saved or shared before deletion may remain available, and we cannot recall them. CC0 does not override privacy rights, valid takedown requests, or our legal duties to erase personal data.

We may suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements, or security risks. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to request review.

The service and user content are provided as available. We do not guarantee that submissions are accurate or free of third-party rights. Your statutory rights and our legal duties remain unaffected.

AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection. Check permissions for your intended use, especially when people, brands, or third-party works are involved.

Where permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to US $100. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover third-party claims and reasonable legal costs caused by your unlawful content or breach of these Terms. This does not cover losses caused by our own fault.

Korean law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you. Disputes may be brought before courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.

We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes, except where urgent legal or security reasons require otherwise. Changes apply prospectively, and we will seek separate agreement where required by law. If you disagree, you may stop using the service and delete your account.
