By using ctrlc.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use ctrlc.ai (or older if required by your local laws). If you're using the service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you have the authority to agree to these terms for them.

ctrlc.ai is a platform to discover, organize, and share AI-generated prompts and refs. While we provide the workspace, we don't generate or verify every submission, and we don't control the third-party AI tools you might use.

We're always improving. This means we may add, change, or remove features at any time. We cannot guarantee that the service will always be perfect, secure, or available without interruption.

You need an account for certain features. Keep your login secure and let us know if you think it has been compromised. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Please don't use automated bots to create accounts, impersonate others, or try to bypass our security measures.

You keep the rights to any original material you upload. We don't claim ownership of your submissions; we simply host them.

By uploading, you give ctrlc.ai a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and analyze your refs so the service can run smoothly. This includes making thumbnails or using AI to generate tags.

Public images you upload here are dedicated to the public domain under CC0 1.0 Universal. Prompts and other text may have different rights; see our License Policy for details.

Make sure you have the right to share what you upload. Describing something as 'AI-generated' does not excuse you from respecting copyrights, trademarks, or the privacy of real people.

We use AI to automatically generate tags, titles, and similarity matches for your uploads. These systems aren't perfect and might occasionally generate inaccurate or unexpected labels.

These labels are just to help people find things. They are not legal advice or a guarantee of copyright clearance. You are responsible for reviewing content before you use it in your own projects.

Let's keep the community useful and professional. You may not use ctrlc.ai to:

• Upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or violates someone's privacy.
• Pass off non-AI media (like standard photography or digital art) as AI-generated.
• Violate anyone's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property.
• Distribute malware, spam, or attempt to hack the platform.
• Scrape or mass-download our data in a way that burdens our servers.
• Impersonate others or commit fraud.

We don't monitor everything, but we will remove content or suspend accounts if we find out these rules are broken.

If you believe your copyright or intellectual property has been violated, email us at contact@ctrlc.ai. Include the URL of the content, proof of your rights, and a clear explanation.

We take this seriously and will remove infringing content. False claims may lead to account suspension and legal liability.

We may link to other websites or third-party AI generators. We don't control them, and your use of their tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

You can delete your account at any time in your settings. Once deleted, your profile and private data will be removed from our active systems.

Because public images are dedicated under CC0, images you have shared may remain on the platform or in the hands of users who have already downloaded them.

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if you violate these terms or put the community at risk.

ctrlc.ai is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not offer any warranties regarding the accuracy, safety, or legal clearance of the prompts and images on the platform.

AI copyright is a complex and evolving legal area. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your commercial or personal use of any AI-generated content downloaded from ctrlc.ai is lawful.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ctrlc.ai will not be liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, or legal issues arising from your use of the service or the content on it. Our total liability to you is limited to $100 USD.

If your actions or uploads cause us to be sued, you agree to help cover our legal costs and indemnify us against those claims.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any legal disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Seoul.

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll update the effective date on this page. By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you agree to the new terms.
